| More and more people are turning aware from the licensing costs of proprietary systems and switching
to the lower cost of Linux. We have experience of Red Hat, Debian and SlackWare versions and can provide support
to those who may not yet have sufficient experience to keep such a system running smoothly.

Hourly rates

| Standard support charge is a flat rate of £25 per hour. A minimum 1 hour callout charge applies. Further work is charged for each subsequent 1/2 hour .

Off-site
|
| If this is required then a fixed-price quote will be provided. Work will only be undertaken upon agreement.

If we decide that we are unable to resolve a problem then there will be no charge.
